>>> Acne Cure

Back acne is one of the hardest forms of acne to treat, even more so than facial acne. The reasons for this are that the back is the most difficult part of the body to see and so the acne outbreak is often not noticed in the early stages, as it would be on the face. Left untreated for too long, and skin problems will start to develop. Among the most common of these is acne. We tend to associate acne with teenagers, but the truth is that acne can occur on anyone and on any part of the body. Back acne may not be readily visible, but by the time we notice it, it’s usually a very severe problem and often quite painful; back acne should not be neglected because untreated back acne can lead to more serious skin problems and other complications.

The first key to treating back acne is to clean your skin with a good body wash. And since the skin here is not as sensitive as the skin on the face, the acne may not be noticed for some time, by which time it can have spread. When picking a body wash, check to see if it’s made especially for acne outbreaks; for first time users, look for a more mild soap to start. The soap will do the best job of destroying the acne if you are able to wash the skin at least twice a day. First of all apply pure honey on your back every alternate day at let it stay on for at least 30 minutes – honey is a great skin cleanser and disinfectant. Wash your back twice a day with a special acne soap which will clean deep into the pores. Acne can be caused by problems or weaknesses in the body and taking a multi vitamin supplement can enhance the effectiveness of a back acne cure. As with the body wash, you should start with a more mild vitamin and build up to the stronger one if necessary.

Wear only soft fabrics next to the skin on the back. Softer fabrics mean your skin is less irritated and the cure will have a better chance to work. Don’t try improvising your own homemade cures for back acne, either. Once you step out of the water, dry your back thoroughly with a soft towel. Just as it takes us longer to notice the acne on our back, we tend to be slow about noticing any side effects that our curative attempts may be having on our skin. So remind yourself to check your back on a routine basis.
